HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY BAG?
Each bag is custom made, and our delivery time can range from 3-4 weeks. We would like you to start using your bag as soon as possible, and in the event that we can complete your order any faster, we will send you an email to confirm when it ships.
WHERE ARE THE BAGS MADE?
We manufacture all of the bags locally in Southern California. Each bag is hand crafted by our team of leather artisans.
WHAT KIND OF LEATHER DO YOU USE?
Our leather bags are made with the highest quality leather. Lamba, our primary leather is a naturally tumbled and has an unfinished pebbled texture. We also use specialty leathers from time to time for bags in “Our Closet”, which have special treatments and finishes.
WHAT IF I PLACED AN ORDER AND NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE?

WILL MY HANDBAG LOOK EXACTLY AS IT DOES ON THE SCREEN?
While we have done our best to re-create the most accurate visual representation of the bag as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors on your screen will exactly match the final product. Our web technology provides the closest-representation of our leather colors, fabric swatches and textures used for our bags. The added factor of variations in screen color representation can contribute to discrepancies in the color of the final product, however, you can rest assured the leather is high quality. We also offer a description of the leather in detail to give you an idea of the look and feel.
WHAT IF I DON'T SEE THE LEATHER COLOR I LIKE?
Our team has researched leather colors that appeal to the widest variety of customers and work for the season. However, if you do not find a color that best suits your needs, please contact us at help@handbaglab.com, and we will do our best to acquire exactly what you want!
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Handbag Lab currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and gift Cards as form of payment.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.

PURCHASING
Handbag Lab gift cards can be purchased by clicking on the gift card button at the top of the home page, or f the design a bag page. The gift card denomination is selected, and the purchaser can decide how they would like the recipient to receive the gift card.
REDEEMING
Gift card recipients can visit www.handbaglab.com, and create their own one of a kind handbag. When finished, just add to your cart and checkout. The gift card redemption code can be entered during this time in the “discount codes” field in the checkout system. PLEASE NOTE: If the amount of the gift card exceeds your purchase amount, the balance will not appear during checkout. Handbaglab.com will email the customer a new gift card in the amount of the account balance.
DELIVERY METHODS
Customers of Handbaglab.com will have the option to send the gift card electronically or by post. Please indicate in the fields for purchasing which option you would prefer, and if you would like it mailed to yourself or the recipient.
HOW LONG ARE THEY VALID?
Handbaglab.com gift cards are valid until used. There is no expiration date
E-GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The risk of loss and title to such items pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
2. E-Gift Card must be redeemed through our Web site toward the purchase of a Handbag Lab product
3. E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Handbag Lab Gift Cards
4. E-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund.
5. If your order exceeds the amount of your E-Gift Card, you must pay for the balance with a credit card. Otherwise the purchase will not be completed.
6. E-Gift Card and their use on our Web site are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.
7. No promotional discounts may be applied to purchase an E-Gift Card.
8. HANDBAG LAB AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO E-GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT AN E-GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH E-GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. RETURN POLICY
DOES HANDBAGLAB.COM ALLOW RETURNS?
Customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. If you have any questions about our products or service, we encourage you to email us at help@handbaglab.com. Before placing your order. Once you have submitted your order, your transaction is considered a final sale, and we do not accept cancellations of any bag or product. All payments are non-refundable.
WHAT IS THE HANDBAGLAB.COM WARRANTY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your unique design so we will service your bag in the event it needs to be repaired or replaced. Upon assessment, your bag will not be considered damaged if it has been subject to: normal wear and tear, conditions beyond our control, heavy usage, and / or dry-cleaning.
**Any damage claims due to shipping must be made within 5-days of your product’s arrival. We strongly advise you to refuse the shipment if your box arrives visibly damaged. UPS will return the product to Handbag Lab to access any damage.
ONLINE SHOPPING/CHECKOUT
IS HANDBAGLAB.COM SECURE FOR ENTERING MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?
Your credit card information is safe when you shop on our website. When you input your credit card number at checkout our Secure Socket Layer technology encrypts your number along with your other order information and sends it to us through a secure server. This website uses a Secure Socket Layer provided by VeriSign and you can check the security of your connection during checkout. Look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window, which indicates SSL is active.
WHERE DO I ENTER GIFT CARD CODES OR DISCOUNT CODES
Once you get to the checkout screen, there will be a field to enter your code for your gift card or promotional code. Please enter it and continue the checkout process, as your total will update once the code is applied.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I ALLOW FOR SHIPPING, HANDLING AND TAX?
At Handbag Lab, all shipping is done through UPS. The charge is calculated based on weight, destination and how quickly you would like the bag shipped. We offer Express, Overnight and Saturday delivery in addition to Ground Shipping. California Franchise Tax Board requires that all merchandise shipped to a California address be assessed a 9.25% sales tax. Bags shipped to any other state will not be taxed. Shipping and handling are not taxable.

Orders to AK or HI do not allow for Ground shipping
We cannot offer shipping to U.S. Post office boxes at this time
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
UPS has a policy for filing claims for damages during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the shipment, and request a signed copy f the UPS delivery person for your records. Contact Handbag Lab by email : help@handbag-lab.com or by phone with your order number.
