HOW MUCH SHOULD I ALLOW FOR SHIPPING, HANDLING AND SALES TAX?
At Handbag Lab, all shipping is handled by UPS. We offer flat rate shipping on all packages at the following rates:
Domestic: $10 Flat Rate
International: $20 Flat Rate
Handbag Lab will send you an email to notify you when your package has shipped. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the bag to be created and delivered.
SALES TAX
California Franchise Tax Board requires that all merchandise shipped to a California address be assessed a 9.75% sales tax. Bags shipped to any other state will not be taxed. Shipping and handling are not taxable
SHIPPING NOTES
Orders to AK and HI do not allow for UPS ground shipping
We cannot offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
UPS has a policy for filing claims for damages during shipping
